Hop on the bus from any of the designated stops or choose to start from the meeting point to kickstart this City Tour London Hop-on, Hop-off tour. Enjoy exploring the city for the next 24 hours or 48 hours, depending on your choice of ticket and comfort requirements. Travel in open-top, red buses and listen to the interesting and informative commentary about the city and its many attractions in ten different languages.
The tour buses move around on two different routes, the Tower Loop/Red Loop and the West End Loop/Blue Loop. While you will get the opportunity to explore the city’s most prominent historic attractions on the 1.5-hour long Red Loop, the highlight of it remains a drive from the London Eye to the Big Ben while crossing by the River Thames. The Blue Loop provides a vivid taste of the most happening and diverse areas of the London cosmopolitan in a span of 2 hours.

London Eye Ticket
Ride the Ferris wheel that has fast become a symbol of London! Standing at an impressive 443 feet tall, the London Eye gives you unsurpassable views for over 25 miles. You will be able to get a bird’s eye view of many world famous attractions including Big Ben, the Houses of Parliament, St. Paul’s Cathedral, Buckingham Palace, Westminster Abbey, and the Waterloo railway station.
You Your Ticket is Valid for general Admission to London Eye.
Voucher information: You must print and surrender a paper version of your booking voucher for this activity (showing your voucher on a smartphone is not accepted). No refund can be given for customers without a printed copy of their voucher.
Due to high demand the London Eye ticket has limited availability, hence the combo may not be available on your chosen date. In case of availability issues, you may book the tours separately.
London Hop-On, Hop-Off Tour
This tour is wheelchair accessible. All London City Tour buses have access ramps and spaces for wheelchairs inside the vehicle. Each bus has the capacity to carry a maximum of one wheelchair.
The information brochure received by the travellers on one of the buses during the course of the tour will have detailed information on the stops along the Tower Loop, the West End Loop will be available in five languages: English, Spanish, French, German and Japanese.
Tickets are non-refundable and their validity starts upon redemption of the ticket on the bus.
Only small suitcases are allowed on the bus. Suitcases, wheelchairs and children’s strollers must be left (folded when possible) in the space designed for them on the lower deck. The owners are solely responsible for any property brought on to the bus. Please take care of your belongings.
London City Tour reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary or schedule at any time without notice. Any changes will not give anyone the right to a refund of any kind.
To ensure the safety of all customers you will be subject to stringent security checks before boarding the London Eye. Handbags and small bags are allowed on the London Eye however briefcases and laptops cannot be carried aboard.
The London Eye cannot accept any left luggage except prams and buggies which will be thoroughly searched.
