Voucher Information: Sorry, but we will need you to print a paper version of your booking voucher (we're working on changing this). At this time no refund can be given for customers without a printed copy of their voucher.

The confirmation voucher includes the local activity operator’s contact details. They’re a nice bunch, and will happily answer any logistical questions you may have. Please give them a call at least 24 hours before your organised activity to reconfirm.

Since this is an open top bus tour and London is notoriously famous for its unpredictable weather, please ensure that you are prepared for the possibility of rain. On rare occasions, we may even change the open top bus to a closed top one.

Since it is an outdoor activity subjected to changes in weather conditions, the Guard Change is not always operation. On such days, we will replace it with a photography session at the Buckingham Palace instead.

Please remember that this tour ends at the venues and no drop-off back to Victoria will be available.
