    This tour takes you across the Chiltern Hills to Oxford, the 'City of Dreaming Spires', which has inspired generations of scholars and writers, including Lewis Carroll who wrote 'Alice in Wonderland' here. Visit Christchurch College, where Harry Potter scenes were filmed and where Albert Einstein studied, and wander around to see the Bodleian library and the courtyards for which Oxford is famous.

    Cambridge's stately Gothic style College buildings rise spectacularly from the greenery along the River Cam where students and visitors enjoy punting along the River. Take a walking tour of this city which has beautiful buildings.

    Meeting Point

    The tour departs from Victoria Coach Station, Gate 1-5, 164 Buckingham Palace Road, London.
    Please report at the meeting point 15 minutes before the start time. This is mandatory to allow time for pre-departure briefing.

    Ending Point

    The tour returns to Victoria Train Station.


    The tour starts from Victoria Coach Station, (Gate no 1-5) at 8:45am. You will travel in a coach, accompanied by a guide.

    Your first stop of the day is Oxford. The renowned university city has inspired generations of scholars and writers, including Lewis Carroll, who wrote 'Alice in Wonderland' here. Enjoy a walking tour of the city during which you'll visit Christchurch College, where Albert Einstein studied, the Bodleian library and College courtyards for which Oxford is famous.

    Continue to Cambridge, another university city and Oxford’s scholarly rival. Your walking tour will take in the magnificent perpendicular chapel of King's College. Founded in 1441, it is a fine example of late medieval Gothic architecture.

    At the end of the tour you will return to London. The tour ends at Victoria Train Station at around 7:00pm.
